He was highly recommended by a close friend as an excellent realtor who knew the San Francisco market. My friend had recently become a realtor and David was her mentor. David was prepared with data and comps of sales in my area and ready to answer all questions I had for preparing my condo to sell. It needed some upgrading and David had great resources of people to help. Unfortunately the pandemic hit and me being over 65 didn't want to take any chances. Four years later, relying on David's expertise for upgrades, I was finally ready to sell. David did a fantastic job getting my condo sold in a tough, declining, post covid market in San Francisco. He worked tirelessly using his many resources to get me an acceptable offer. In fact the offer I accepted was while I was out of the country on vacation. David's knowledge and experience combined with his patient approach made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. Best realtor in SF!! David and I worked for over a year to find me a condo. As a first time home owner, David made the process super easy for me. I had very specific things I wanted that included - - Specific neighbourhood in San Francisco (dog patch) - no mechanical garage - newish construction - a tight budget - sizeable living room - lots of natural light in every room David worked relentlessly over a year to find me a condo that fits all these criterions. David was very proactive in finding me condos. I rejected several good ones because they weren't the perfect one. David always advised me on what's best but never pressured me into putting any offers I wasn't sure about. The search was difficult because with high interest rates , inventory was particularly low during the time I was trying to buy. David went above and beyond to find owners in buildings that I was interested in and sending them hand written letters, emails to see if they were interested in selling. We found 3 potential sellers this way! This was amazing. We finally found a condo that was perfect for me but over my budget. David worked on this over a month to negotiate a great deal for me. After round 1 of negotiations, when the price was still too high for me, David advised that we revisit in a month if the place is still on market. We continued our search and revisited 3 weeks later and David was amazing at negotiating a great price for me. I got the condo at 17 percent lower than listing!!! It's a new building, with heating/ac and no mechanical garage! David walked me through comps in the area, comparing buildings, thinking about future resale value. He walked me through all the disclosures over a 2 hour phone call! He set up the home inspection for me, got quotes for fixing a window from multiple vendors. He used a minor window condensation issue to our advantage to negotiate with the seller. He is so sweet! He got me champagne and chocolates and a hand written card when I moved in As a first time home owner, I had constant questions and was texting David every day. He was always responsive, calm and had a great disposition. Even after I bought the house, I have reached out to David about contractors and other home related issues and David continued to assist me. I can't recommend David enough. Best realtor in SF! I have already recommended him to neighbours and they are already impressed by his work ethic ! Just amazing! Call David to have a smooth home buying process!

This review has been a long time coming, however, now that we are somewhat properly settled, we feel we can leave a proper review. David is an absolute gem! Searching for our first home with him was an absolute pleasure, and just a genuinely good time. David listened to our needs and hit the ground running. He was completely open to tweaks in our must have list, and at the end of the day, we can honestly say that he found us a home that checked all the boxes. David was honest and knowledgeable about the SF market, neighborhoods and did not hold back on letting us know if a potential home was overpriced or full of hidden “surprises.” In the end, David found us the perfect home from start to finish in 40 days! Thank you, David, for your tireless effort, time, understanding, and laughs. We had an absolute blast on the journey and would no doubt take that journey with you again.
